# Online FPGA Device Constructor

Human page: https://fpga.chat/docs/constructor

Status: Private Alpha — Under Construction.

The Online FPGA Device Constructor is a planned fpga.chat product line for turning an FPGA device idea into an engineering specification, not a promise of automatic completed hardware.

## Scope

- Device idea intake.
- Target application selection.
- Board or FPGA chip selection.
- IP core selection.
- Interface map.
- Sensors, memory, clocks, power, connectors and enclosure planning.
- Firmware/software component notes.
- BOM and non-binding cost estimate.
- Assembly guide.
- Verification checklist.
- Exportable project brief.

## Example device concepts

- Offline voice assistant front-end.
- Audio processing FPGA module.
- Industrial sensor acquisition board.
- Protocol bridge.
- Educational FPGA kit.
- SDR/streaming pipeline.
- Custom accelerator prototype.

## Boundary

The constructor should produce architecture, BOM, IP-core plan, constraints, risks and build guide. Final hardware must be reviewed by a qualified engineer before manufacturing or sale. Cost estimates are estimates, not binding quotations.
